I was heavy with my own upset
weighed down by my own regret
then I started floating free
thats just what she did to me

I was drowning in a sea of tears
put down by those I held so dear
down by those who didn't care
them people are everywhere

then I saw her on the screen
the most beautiful I had ever seen
It gave me strength to break the chains
upon my dry yeah she did rain

I felt like I woke up from sleep
a thousand years down in the deep
at the bottom of the rubbish heap

I fell into her boundless love
and looked up to our god above
she had the looks she had the style
